If you are new to group sessions other than reformer you can book right into your first class online through our Timetable tab; the scheduling website will require you to create a password and log in. All classes are to be booked and purchased through this website prior to attendance. Please arrive 5 minutes early to your first class to fill out your New Client Detail form which will have some medical history information that your instructor will need to know. For your session, we provide Pilates/yoga mats and all necessary equipment; just bring a small towel, bottle of water, and socks (socks required for Pure Barre). Socks with non-slip grips on the soles are preferable for Pure Barre, or ballet shoes; non-slip socks may be purchased in the studio.
To view our class schedule, click on the Timetable tab which will redirect you to our scheduling website, MindBody. To sign-up for a class or private session, in the upper right-hand corner under the username box, click “Sign Up“. You will then be asked to enter in your first and last name under “New to our site“. You will then complete your contact information and chose a password for your account.
For a casual class, simply find the class time that suits you under the “Group Classes” tab and click the “Sign Up Now” button next to it. Then select the package you would like to purchase, either casual, 5-sessions, or 10-sessions.
Once your selection has been made, you may confirm your purchase and enter in your billing information. This is a very secure website, so rest assured that your billing information is safe. We do not store billing information unless you have specified to do so.
If you have any injuries you will first need to call the studio and speak to your instructor before commencing class. (except Meditation)
